Bean counter by day and morsel marauder by night, Stefie, aka Two Bottle Stef, is a wine obsessive known for her delightfully off-beat, story-driven tasting experiences based in the Greater NYC area. She holds WSET Levels 1–3 with Distinction, has completed the Introductory Sommelier course with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and continues to explore the craft through study, food pairing, travel, and hands-on experiences (including a recent harvest with Chanterêves in Burgundy during September 2025).

While her Instagram serves a visual diary of bottles opened since 2021, The Decanterbury Tales is where she dives deeper: sharing reflections, stories, and moments that don’t fit neatly in an Instagram caption. It is also where she chronicles her growing side hustle in wine consulting, along with tastings, collaborations, and the occasional musings from this ever-evolving journey through the world of wine.
